Terms of Service

Last updated: 2025-12-09

These Terms of Service govern the use of lorismenghi.com, and the purchase, download, installation and use of our software products, including extensions distributed through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace.

1) Provider / Contact

Provider: Ing. Loris Menghi
Email: info@lorismenghi.com
Website: https://www.lorismenghi.com

Depending on the requested service and contractual arrangement, the provider may operate as an individual and/or through a business entity. For any clarification, contact us at the email above.

2) Scope

Our products include software extensions, integrations, and related documentation. Some products integrate with third-party services (e.g., Spoki) and require a valid subscription with the third-party provider.

3) Marketplace Purchases

When you obtain our products through the Adobe Commerce Marketplace, your purchase, billing, refunds (if any), and account management are handled according to Adobe’s Marketplace terms and policies. Our obligations for support and product maintenance are described in these Terms and the product documentation.

4) License

Unless stated otherwise, our extensions are licensed under the license type indicated on the product listing and/or in the package (for example OSL-3.0). You must comply with the applicable license terms.

5) Third-Party Services (e.g., Spoki)

Some extensions rely on third-party services. For example, WhatsApp messaging workflows may require a valid Spoki account. You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party subscription, credentials, templates, automations and compliance requirements (including customer consent where applicable).

We are not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, service limitations, or policy changes.

6) Support

Support is provided via email at info@lorismenghi.com. Please include your Magento/Adobe Commerce version, PHP version, extension version, and relevant logs/screenshots.

  • Support covers installation guidance, configuration questions, and reproducible software defects.
  • Support does not include custom development, theme customization, or server administration unless agreed separately.
  • Response times may vary depending on workload; urgent support can be offered via a separate paid agreement.

7) Updates & Compatibility

We may release updates for bug fixes, security patches, and compatibility improvements. Compatibility is stated in the product listing. You are responsible for testing updates in a staging environment before deploying to production.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our products.

You are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring your environment meets the stated requirements.

9) Termination

We may suspend support or terminate access to services provided directly by us in cases of misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity. Marketplace purchases are subject to Adobe’s own account and enforcement policies.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
